When you create an account, we'll set up a custom subdomain for your organization. You won't be able to change this after your account is created. It can take up to 24 hours to set up, but you'll be able to use www.inspectorshomebase.com in the meantime. For your users, the subdomain is only significant if you are sending retail clients to your web site to order radon testing. Your link would appear something like the one below. What is inserted in the "my-organization" box above would be inserted in the URL as shown below. Retail Link https://my-organization.inspectorshomebase.com/Retail/index.html

The organization name, phone number, and address will appear throughout Inspector's Homebase, including the invoices. When a client enters an address outside of your service area or tries to cancel a request that has already started, they will be prompted to call the phone number you provide here. When calculating the distance to a test, Inspector's Homebase will use the address you enter here as the origin.

If you'd like to process payments through Inspector's Homebase, you'll need to set up a Square webhook then provide your Application ID and Access Token here so we can process and verify payments on your behalf. Once you create an account, email invitations will be sent to these technicians. You'll be able to assign radon appointments to these technicians, and they will be able to sign in to Inspector's Homebase. Technicians will also be able to sign in to the iOS and Android applications to view and update tests they've been assigned. You'll always be able to add more technicians from the Manage screen after you create an account.
